Reinforcement continuity systems

Reinforcement continuity systems are prefabricated with a sheet metal or plastic box. Reinforcement continuity systems are mainly used for joining walls cast at different times. The fields of application are: the junction of walls, floors, stairs, windows, air vents, balconies, sliding rails.

The advantages of using on-site reinforcement continuity systems are:
• A perfect continuity of mechanical seal between the various castings.
• No corrosion damage.
• Simple and quick mounting which adds to savings in processing times, thanks also to their complete dismantling in a single operation.
• After the cover is removed, the bracket remains inside the box, so there are no protrusions that create dangerous obstacles.

Once the wall is dismantled, the reinforcement continuity system has its rear guard (cover) flush in the cast. Removing the cover, the brackets can be found which can be easily straightened with a sleeve lever.
Thanks to the high quality standard of the materials used, such twisting operation does not create any damage to the brackets’ mechanical seal.
