The EXPORT series of round posts features heavy gauge tubes that are normally hot-dip galvanised. In this case, they are mostly used for chain link fences.
Depending on the height, each post has a variable number of stainless steel wire holders and aluminium caps. The bottom wire holder is located 5 cm from the ground in all the series.
There are a wide variety of gauges available from 33 mm to 60 mm. In special cases, for example, for sports field fences, they are produced with a diameter ranging from 76 mm to 101 mm depending on the height requested, which can be up to 12 metre.
EXPORT posts can be installed in a variety of ways: by being set in concrete, in two versions, bolted in three versions - two classic and one angled - and bolted with anchoring plates on overhangs.
Obviously, the relevant mainstays are supplied with each of the anchoring systems to the different posts. The mainstays are secured to the post with a 45° pin to be inserted during installation, by making a hole in the post.
Horizontal reinforcement rails are available for installation between one post and another. There is a vast range of posts with single and double arm extensions. Diameters from 42 mm to 76 mm are normally used. The “bent” portion at 45° is welded directly during production. Most of the EXPORT series posts are used with a hot-dip galvanised finish. This may be carried out before or after production depending on the production process and model requested.
There are also coloured versions, such as green which is the most common, but other colours are also available.
